Deciding to sell the only home I owned for 25 years was an emotional roller coaster ride.  It had been a rent house 18 months after I got married.  When the tenants moved out I decided the time was right to sell.

From the listing agreement to the closing table, she was a true professional in all ways.  She made my experience so easy it still seems like a dream!
